2. Non-Tangible Services & Refund Limitations
Our services involve the publication of advertisements in newspapers.
Important Notice
Once an ad has been processed and sent for publication, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded unless it meets specific eligibility criteria.
Please note, our newspaper partners may have additional policies, but we prioritize fairness in all transactions.
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund:
- Ad Cancellation: Cancel your advertisement before it's processed for publication, and you are eligible for a refund (15% cancellation charge applies).
- Non-Publication by Error: If your ad isn't published due to our or the newspaper's error, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- The ad has been processed and sent for publication
- Incorrect ad details were provided by the user
- The customer changes their mind after ad submission
4. How to Request a Refund

Please provide your order number, payment receipt, order confirmation, and the reason for cancellation.
Processing:
If eligible:
- 15% cancellation charge will be deducted (if applicable)
- Full refund will be issued for errors from our or the newspaper's side
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-9 working days after approval.
If eligible for a full refund, the entire amount will be credited with no deductions.
