Ads2Print provides an online platform for booking newspaper advertisements. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for errors, omissions, or misleading content in published advertisements.
2. User Responsibilities
By using Ads2Print, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful advertisement content
- Ensure your advertisement complies with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act and Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines
- Indemnify Ads2Print and associated newspapers against any claims arising from your advertisement
3. Advertisement Content Guidelines
We accept advertisements in good faith but reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any advertisement that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to:
Prohibited Content
- False or misleading claims
- Fraudulent financial schemes or get-rich-quick scams
- Hate speech, defamation, or politically sensitive content
- Illegal services, counterfeit products, or copyrighted materials submitted without permission
4. Payment & Pricing
- All advertisements must be paid in full in advance
- Pricing varies based on newspaper choice, location, and advertisement type
- Ads2Print does not guarantee specific placement positions within newspapers
- All payments are final. No refunds will be issued except if an ad is not published due to newspaper error
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel or modify an advertisement only if it has not been processed by the newspaper.
Refund Eligibility:
Full refund if the ad is not published due to the newspaper's fault.
No Refund:
If incorrect details are provided by the user, cancellation is requested after processing, or non-compliance with guidelines occurs.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ads2Print acts as an intermediary between advertisers and newspapers. We are not responsible for:
- Publication delays caused by the newspapers
- Financial or other losses incurred by advertisers related to errors or omissions
- The response or effectiveness of any published advertisement
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on Ads2Print, including text, images, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
- Users must have rights to any copyrighted material submitted
- Ads2Print reserves the right to remove infringing or unauthorized content without prior notice
8. Data Privacy & Security
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Ads2Print commits to:
- Secure payment processing
- Use data for ad personalization and analytics
- Not sell user data to third parties
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad before pursuing legal action.
